What we collect, and what we do with it.

Axiom Church is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit church in Leander, Texas. This page explains, in plain English, what information this website collects and how we use it. Short version: we use it to get back to you, pray for you, and run the church. We never sell it.

Forms

When you plan a visit, contact us, sign up for a team, an event or baptism, you fill out a form hosted by Planning Center (Church Center), the software we use to run the church. Those forms can ask for your name, email, phone number and, if you have kids, their names, ages and allergies so we can get them checked in. Planning Center stores that information for us under its own privacy policy.

Prayer requests

On the prayer page you can share a first name (or no name), your request and, if you want someone to follow up, an email. Nothing goes on the public prayer wall until someone on our prayer team approves it. If you check “Just for the prayer team,” it never goes on the wall. Your email is never shown publicly.

Giving

Online giving is handled by our giving provider. Your card or bank details go straight to them. We see your name, the amount and the date so we can send you a giving statement. We never see or store your full card number.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages people visit, roughly where they’re visiting from and what kind of device they use. It helps us know what’s working on the site. We don’t use it to show you ads.

Videos

Messages play through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube’s own privacy policy applies once you press play.

Who sees your information

Our staff and the volunteers who need it to do their job. For example, the kids team sees check-in details, and the prayer team sees prayer requests. We don’t sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Kids

This site isn’t meant for kids to fill out on their own. Information about kids comes from their parents or guardians.

Your choices

Want us to update or delete what we have on you? Call 512-265-5718 or send us a message and we’ll take care of it.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
